Of course, most individuals do order just one but you may order as many as you like!
How do I order more than one cup?
If the cups are going to different addresses, we suggest you enter a separate order for each cup. However, if the cups are going to the same address you may order as many as you want on a single order form. Select the first cup from the catalog page. Click on "order" to add it to your order. If you want more than one of the same cup, enter the number desired on the order form and click on update. Then "Select Engraving" to choose the engraving and gift services that you want for the first cup. If you plan to enter different cups, indicate in the "special engraving request" box which engraving instructions go with this cup. Submit this engraving. Then return to "select engraving" to enter instructions for the second cup and so on.
Can I order two cups and ship them to different addresses?
Yes, this is easy. However, you will need a separate order for each address since shipping costs may vary by destination and shipping choice.
Do you have quantity discounts?
Yes. Quantity discounts are available. Discount is applied to the cups only. 10% discount: 6 or more of the same cups going to the same address ordered at the same time. 15% discount: 10 or more of the same cups going to the same address ordered at the same time.
How long does it take to have the cup engraved and delivered?
Generally, as soon as we get the order we begin to process your cup. If we have it in stock, we will engrave your cup that day. We ship domestic orders via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (standard) or Express Mail (extra charge). You may expect Priority Mail shipments to arrive within 2-3 business days. For planning purposes, please allow one week. International orders are sent via United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail (standard) or Global Express Mail. You will have the opportunity to select a shipment method when you place your order. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us by phone or by noting your special needs on the order form in the space provided.
It is VERY secure. Your credit card information is collected using a secure connection to our data center. We then access the information via a secure connection. Your credit card information NEVER travels via email. We do not use an Internet clearing house to process charge cards. We process your credit card charge as though you were physically in our store or as if you gave us your information over the telephone. All charges are made as your gift is on its way. We treat every customer with respect and your information is in strict confidence. We do not sell or supply your name and information to any other organization!
How many characters will look good on one line?
Generally 15-17 characters look good on one line. We will scale your message to fit.
Can I choose a font style for the engraving?
Yes. Simply select one of the numerous fonts available. We can provide MS True Type fonts upon request. If you want a special font or if you want us to include engraving of a logo, a team symbol, a military insignia or any other special graphic, we can probably accommodate your request. Just let us know by entering your request in the Special Engraving Request section of the engraving order form.
Engraving is a personal preference. Generally, the first and middle name are engraved on the the top line (or two lines if the names are long). The date of birth is usually on the second line. Typically the handle is on the right. Many people like three initials on the first line with the date of birth on the second line. Typical block initials are First Middle and Last format. With a Fancy Monogram it is First, Last, Middle format.
How many characters are included in the price?
All cups are priced with 30 characters included. We do not count punctuation marks or spaces as characters. (You must, however, count them for spacing purposes). If you want additional characters there is a charge for $2.50 for each set of 5 characters. Your order form will show this charge if you indicate the character count in the place provided. Otherwise, we will contact you about any extra fees.
Where are the cups manufactured?
All cups are made by expert New England craftsmen. Most of our cups come from New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
